Depth Anything V2 Small depth, aligned to the COLMAP camera poses, checked across neighbouring views, fused into 2 cm cells and labelled by the parts model. How it works
Only the paint’s hue changes; the real light and shade stay. So dark colours like black can’t be shown and are left out. Colours come from the BYD Uzbekistan website.
Trade-in: photograph each gap between two panels. Panels with different paint are marked for a paint-gauge check.

Measured by Team Trumen on 921 held-out real panel joints (DrBimmer car parts dataset, MIT): 26% of original-paint joints flagged; a simulated 2 ΔE repaint marked at least "check with a gauge" on 90% of panels. Real repaints are not measured yet. Method and scripts.
